BobbCat Films is an international, award winning, full-service, film, television and digital content
physical production and development company owned and operated by former Tyler Perry Studios EVP,
Roger M. Bobb and DGA UPM Angi Bones. Based in Atlanta GA, BobbCat Films operates out of a 30,000
square foot soundstage with a full grid and 5,000 square feet of production office space which has
served as home to multiple productions across various genres and can accommodate any production
size. The studio facilities are located in South Fulton County, 15 minutes from Atlanta’s Hartsfield airport
and 20 minutes from midtown Atlanta. ABC, FreeForm, ESPN, TBS, OWN, BET , TV ONE, BounceTV and
Paramount are just a few studios that we have worked with.

Prior to creating BobbCat Films, Roger was the Executive Vice President of Tyler Perry Studios where he
and Angi produced over 11 theatrical films such as “For Colored Girls”, “Why Did I Get Married I & II”
and “Madea’s Big Happy Family”. Their films have collectively grossed over half a billion dollars. BobbCat
has also produced over 20 television movies locally, nationally, and internationally for various networks.
Titles such as “Same Time Next Christmas” (ABC), “Life Sized 2” (FreeForm), “Let The Church Say Amen”
(BET) and “Cooking Up Christmas” (OWN). While specializing in producing content in Atlanta, Bobbcat
has also produced projects in almost every major US city in addition to Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico,
Africa and the Caribbean. The company has also developed and produced over 500 multi camera sitcom
episodes such as House of Payne (TBS), Meet The Browns (TBS), The Rickey Smiley Show (TV One) and
Mann & Wife (Bounce TV). They also created and produced the non-scripted shows “A Mann’s World”
(BET), The Battle (ESPN) and Rickey Smiley For Real (TV One). The duo has won 7 NAACP Image Awards
for their work and they are committed to producing quality content on time and on budget.
